About Me

22. Journalism graduate and copywriter. Previously a dogsitter, which was a dream job to be honest. Also, a writer, music fan, potterhead, Ravenclaw, reader, sweet tooth, tea drinker and finally, traveller!

Years ago, I started this blog to write about Cystic Fibrosis and raise some awareness. I was going through a bad time with it and I had a lot to write about. I also think that writing helped me get through it. (It was previously called I Can Eat All The Pies.)

Now, I’m healthier, happier and busier and my blog posts have reflect that. There’s not a huge amount of CF content anymore, because right now my health is a lot more stable. Instead, there’ll be an array of book, film, and album reviews, lifestyle posts and travel blogs, alongside the occasional update about Cystic Fibrosis of course!

Have fun reading, and let me know what you think! I always love to hear from people who read and follow the blog!

    Hey Beth what’s up?
I read about your trip and your C.F.
I am a CF patient too.
I want to go to Thailand soon but me and my mother are afraid because of the conditions in this place.
Can you write to me about how was your trip in Thailand and what I need to avoid there?
I will thank you very much:)
If you can write to me in my email I will be glad.
    Thanks a lot!!!

    1. Hi! Glad you enjoyed reading about my trip. Thailand was amazing and I would recommend you go if you are well enough to! As it’s so hot, make sure you accommodate for the humidity with salt tablets and keep hydrated, although hot weather tends to be better for my chest personally. They obviously have different foods there but as long as you take enough tablets there should be no reason why you can’t try it all! Also yes, it can be a little dirty and polluted but the solution may be to not spend too long in the bigger cities – luckily there is still lots to see in the less urban spaces.
